Rosaria Caporrimo

Dr. Rosaria Caporrimo, an educational psychologist, has a private consulting practice working with adolescents and their families and specializing in cognitive behavioral interventions, particularly self-regulation of thoughts and behaviors. She has been a professor with the City University of New York system for over 20 years, and has taught courses at a number of colleges and universities. Dr. Caporrimo is the author of professional research articles as well as book chapters, and articles on childrearing that have appeared in parent-focused newspapers. She has also reviewed several books that have appeared in print and online. Currently she is working on a book to empower parents in their children’s education and an educational psychology textbook.
