Martha A. Madden, a National Security and Environmental Consultant, is President of mMadden Associates (Washington, DC and Louisiana.) Madden’s areas of expertise are in governmental affairs, environmental management, health education and economic development. With 30+ years of technical, management, and executive experience in public and private companies, Madden is often petitioned to utilize her strategic problem-solving ability to address areas of the country most in need. As former Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Madden participated in developing the first emergency response program in the USA. While serving in this capacity, Madden used a visionary management approach to address stakeholder needs.
