Adrian Klaphaak

Adrian Klaphaak is founder of A Path That Fits Inc., a small progressive coaching group based in San Francisco. Adrian is a certified career and life coach, helping people build successful careers while doing something meaningful. He has developed a unique coaching program that has successfully helped hundreds of people find work they love. Adrian believes that everyone has A Path That Fits who they are, maximizing their potential for success and fulfillment. Finding A Path That Fits enables people to express their natural gifts and create exceptional value for themselves and the world. His approach to coaching has been deeply influenced by his study of Hakomi somatic psychology, Eastern philosophy and ecopsychology. Adrian also enjoys leading nature based rites of passage groups with the Stepping Stones Project. Prior to coaching Adrian studied organizational behavior at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and worked as a management consultant.
