Stephen Larsen, PhD

Stephen Larsen, PhD, award-winning author and Psychology Professor Emeritus from SUNY Ulster, New York, is an expert about the life and influence of Swedish nobleman Emanuel Swedenborg, an 18th century scientist and theologian. Larsen, the son of a Swedenborgian minister, wrote the introduction to, and edited Carolyn Blackmer’s Swedenborg’s Spiritual Psychology. Larsen will talk about Swedenborg’s influence on the arts, theatre, painting and poetry as well as on famous leaders, thinkers, and writers.
